No. Registration, verification and provisioning are handled by us; content and packages are edited by your Tenant admin in the studio. The only thing needing a technical step is pointing a custom domain, and we send the two DNS records for that.
Yes. Every tenant gets a free address immediately, and you can connect your own domain whenever you like — the certificate is issued automatically.
You do. Each tenant has an isolated schema; no other agency on the platform can see your pilgrims, prices or ledger. You can export everything as CSV at any time, including after cancelling.
The public site keeps running but Hajj registration is disabled until the renewed licence is uploaded — the same rule the Ministry applies. We warn you 60 days before expiry.
None. You pay a flat monthly fee per agency. Payments from your pilgrims go to your own accounts — we never sit between you and your money.
